We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am till 5pm.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
We certainly do, they are a lovely treat for someone special and are available in any amount between £20 and £5000. They are beautifully presented with room to add your own personal message.
How do I get an item repaired?
If you bring your item(s) into the shop we can take a look and advise you on the best solution moving forward. We our very proud to offer an extensive on-site repair service held with high esteem throughout the industry.
Can you re-model and/or recycle existing jewellery?
Yes, we do a lot of this! We are happy to advise you on the possibilities, if you bring the item(s) into the shop we can discuss your vision or ideas and explain how our process works. Jewellery is made to be worn so we want to help create a piece that continues to live a fulfilled life!
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Our bespoke service is highly unique and we think provides an exceptional process, please see our bespoke page for more details. We will produce designs to your specification and handcraft them in our workshop ensuring that the quality is impeccable.
What is your after sale service?
After purchasing a bespoke or fine jewellery item from Mark A Linley Goldsmith we offer you the opportunity to have this cleaned twice a year. This is a complimentary service which we highly recommend as not only will we polish your items to restore some sparkle but it also allows us to check the condition of the piece and help to prolong its longevity.
Will my jewellery be hallmarked?
All our jewellery is hallmarked to the current legal guidelines (we don’t like the prospect of life behind bars!!). Our personal jewellery is hallmarked at Birmingham’s Assay Office and bears our unique makers mark.

When does bode work, how old is he and can i take him home?
The star of the show aims to be in every day we are open but please remember it’s a tiring life being a dog so we can’t always guarantee this! He is 7 and sorry but NO he doesn’t come free with any items purchased and NO you can’t take him home (trust me, he whines a lot when he’s hungry!!).
