returns POLICY

Once our jewellery leaves its natural habitat of life in the shop and ventures out in the big wide world, we want it to go a happy home for a lifetime of admiration!!

We understand that sometimes the wrong decisions can be made or that items brought as gifts are not always to the recipients personal taste. Therefore, providing the item is brought back to us within 28 days from the date of receipt, in the original unworn condition and all packaging in which it was sold, we can exchange it or offer a gift voucher for the value.  We regret we cannot provide refunds unless the item is deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be repaired.

Please note that we cannot offer an exchange on special order items, bespoke items or modified items e.g  engraved or sized rings. In the event that the newly chosen product is of greater value to that initially purchased a further payment will be required to that of the value outstanding.


Exchanges can be made in person at the shop or by post to:
Mark Linley, 18 Friar Street, Worcester, WR1 2LZ.

If packaging your item for postal service, please ensure that it is secure and that the jewellery will remain undamaged in transit. Remember to use discretion when writing on the package itself, we recommend you address it to Mark Linley (as not to include our full brand name on the box as this increases risk of theft).
All items must be sent tracked, with compensation from the postal service to the value of the jewellery item acquired, providing insurance in case the product is lost in transit. Please forward the shipping receipt details and tracking number to us as soon as the item is sent, allowing us to track your order, ensuring it arrives with us safely.

In the event the above instructions are not complied with, or the jewellery item is returned with inadequate packaging or security measures Mark A Linley Goldsmith will not take any responsibility for loss or damage. 


All gift vouchers are non-refunadable. Please note they have no cash redemption value, no change can be given and they cannot be exchanged for further gift vouchers.
